The Therap Aggregator will be unavailable for a maintenance period starting at 5:00 am Alaska Time Monday, June 13, 2022. The system will be unavailable for 1 hour until 6:00 am Alaska Time Monday, June 13, 2022..

This downtime will prevent EVV visits from coming into the Aggregator through the API, during this period. Attempts will receive a response message that the Aggregator is down. Once the Aggregator is back up those visits can be resent. For Therap System users those visits will be automatically re-sent once the Aggregator is back online. This downtime will not affect the ability for Users to check in and out for services in the Therap Provider System, this is only related to the Therap Aggregator.

These updates will also not change the API or any of the specifications for EVV data being sent to the Aggregator.

Once released, Aggregators Users will see a NEW Claims History Search. New features will include:

1. Ability to directly search Claims response data sent from MMIS to the Aggregator.
2. Quick links to specific EVV and ROll up data related to the claims data.

In addition this release will re-enable an Aggregator Validation requiring Manual Type visits to have an Exception code before being accepted in the Aggregator. This specification was turned off for assistance with Historical data importing. Once it is enabled again, visits that are Manual Type that are sent to the Aggregator without an Exception Code will be rejected.
