The Therap Aggregator will be unavailable for a maintenance period starting at 3:00 AM Alaska Time Tuesday, February 15, 2022. The system will be unavailable for 4 hours until 7:00 AM Alaska Time Tuesday, February 15, 2022.

This downtime will prevent EVV visits from coming into the Aggregator through the API, during this period. Attempts will receive a response message that the Aggregator is down. Once the Aggregator is back up those visits can be re-sent.

For Therap System users, those visits will be automatically re-sent once the Aggregator is back online. This downtime will not affect the ability for Users to check in and out for services in the Therap Provider System, this is only related to the Therap Aggregator.
