The Therap Aggregator will be unavailable for a maintenance period starting at 3:00 AM until 9:00 AM Alaska Time Tuesday, October 3, 2023. The system will be unavailable for 6 hours.

This downtime will prevent EVV visits from coming into the Aggregator through the API, during this period. Attempts will receive a response message that the Aggregator is down. Once the Aggregator is back up those visits can be resent. For Therap System users those visits will be automatically re-sent once the Aggregator is back online. This downtime will also prevent Aggregator Users from logging into the Aggregator.

This downtime will not affect the ability for Users to check in and out for services in the Therap Provider System, this is only related to the Therap Aggregator. This will not change the API or any of the specifications for EVV service data being sent to the Aggregator.

Release Overview:
Therap is ending the use of the Okta login tool to access the Therap Aggregator, and transitioning to a login platform completely hosted by Therap. This will increase efficiency and offer more User controls within the Aggregator. In addition, Admin Users for each agency will have more controls over their staff users access in the Therap Aggregator as well. These changes will only impact the Therap Aggregator and not the Therap Provider EVV solution.
